In the Therapy Room

In the therapy room, problems, intense emotions, dysfunctional behaviours, suffering, and needs are Welcome!
Each person brings a request around a particular theme (see below) with their own unique characteristics. It will be my task to create the conditions so that we can work together and provide a tailored response to what you truly need.

Starting a Therapeutic Journey…

Adults or young people who feel they are struggling in their relationships, or are working through adversity in their lives; who are experiencing themes of depression, anxiety, loss, grief, traumatic events, or stressful changes; who are going through turbulent periods in their family or work life; who would like to replace dysfunctional ways of coping with healthy and regenerating alternatives; who would like to draw on their growth resources with which they have lost contact.

Sessions normally take place once a week, but it can be agreed — and is sometimes proposed — every two weeks, if we assess that there has been significant improvement or if there are other needs.

The healing time for each person is subjective and cannot be defined in advance. People often notice relief and a sense of clarity already during the session — arising from understanding their difficulties through a different lens and from feeling heard and validated. Gradually, this well-being expands outside the session in the most personal and unique ways, and the time it takes becomes the right time for oneself.

The cost of a session is €71.40 and is tax-deductible as a medical expense. If we decide to work for more than 60 minutes, the fee will increase proportionally.

A therapeutic journey can conclude when we recognise that the goals we have set together have been reached, or conversely, when we see that our collaboration is not providing significant help. In that case, I could help you find a competent colleague to turn to.
